Train Talent is pleased to share the outcome of our recent Ofsted monitoring visit, which recognised the strong progress made in delivering high-quality, industry-focused training programmes.
The visit, carried out in August 2025, forms part of Ofstedโs review process for newly funded training providers and focuses on how effectively organisations are delivering adult education and preparing learners for employment.
Strong Industry Alignment & Employer Engagement
Ofsted highlighted the significant industrial expertise of our leadership team, noting how this is used to design training programmes that directly meet employer needs.
Our Skills Bootcamps were recognised for:
- Aligning with construction, engineering and nuclear sector demands
- Supporting workforce shortages in key industries, including Hinkley Point C
- Being developed in collaboration with employers, who actively contribute to recruitment and offer interviews to learners
High Progression into Employment
A key strength identified was the impact of our training on employment outcomes, with:
- Almost all learners progressing into work after completing their programmes
- Training designed to prepare learners for real job roles and long-term career development
This reinforces our commitment to delivering training that goes beyond qualifications, focusing on workforce readiness and employability.
High-Quality Training & Learner Experience
Ofsted recognised that learners benefit from:
- A well-structured curriculum, starting with health and safety fundamentals before progressing into practical skills
- Opportunities to develop technical, digital and workplace skills
- Exposure to real-world tasks that prepare them for site environments

Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance
The report also acknowledged our strong quality assurance processes, including:
- Regular monitoring of training delivery
