Booking Process

Our training courses can be booked over the phone by calling 01724 700345, by email at [email protected]

Choose from the Upcoming Courses, click ENROLL NOW and pay for the course. Alternatively, you may select Contact Us for other available courses.

Upon payment of the course, you will receive an email to confirm the course booking and Official Receipt. For cancellations, please refer to Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the page.

You will also be provided with relevant Learner Joining Information prior to the start of the course.

Delegates are required for the full duration of the course. Any delegates arriving later than scheduled with no prior notice may be refused entry without refund.

On the day of the course, please follow the Learner Registration and Attendance Process displayed at the Reception/Receiving Area.

At the end of the course, Trainer will provide information in relation to cards, certificate and test result, (if applicable).

Upon receipt of your enquiry, a Course Registration Form will be sent. Academy staff will make provisional booking once completed Registration Form is received. For cancellations, please refer to T&C.

Payment or Purchase Order (PO) is required no later than seven (7) days before the course takes place. Upon receipt of the PO, the following will be distributed:

  • Learner Joining Information
  • Learner Confirmation & Reasonable Adjustments

At the end of the course, Trainer will inform Delegates that cards, certificates, test results will be sent to employers.
